Resorts World Las Vegas to Debut 3 New Hilton Properties in June

Las Vegas is gearing up to welcome its first new construction resort complex in more than 10 years this summer.

Resorts World Las Vegas will officially open its doors on June 24, 2021.

When it opens, Resorts World will have a staggering 3,500 rooms distributed among three Hilton properties, including the world’s largest Conrad hotel, one of the first LXR-branded hotels in the United States and a “marquee” Hilton Hotels and Resorts property.

Each of the three resorts will feature its own entrance and lobby and will participate in the Hilton Honors program, meaning guests can earn and redeem points for their stays at this massive new complex.

The Las Vegas Hilton at Resorts World will come to market with 1,774 guest rooms and suites (the largest suite measures 3,300 square feet), the Conrad Las Vegas at Resorts World will have slightly fewer rooms and suites than the Hilton at 1,496 and will also feature “luxe amenities and a curated art program,” according to a press release from Hilton.

Finally, Crockfords Las Vegas, LXR Hotels and Resorts will have just 236 “ultra-luxury” rooms and suites, with the largest suite coming in at a staggering 7,000 square feet.

Crockfords will be the most luxurious property in the complex with a focus on “lavish accommodations, upscale amenities and highly personalized service.”

Guests will never be lacking for things to do at Resorts World. There will be more than 40 options for eating and drinking within the complex, ranging from casual, cheaper options to fine dining.

There will also be an entire venue dedicated to concerts and other entertainment such as conventions, sporting events and corporate meetings. It will feature the latest technology to create a “new-generation theater” that will feature programming and partnerships that will be announced soon, according to a press release from Resorts World.

Elsewhere, there will be a massive, 117,000 square-foot casino complete with a sportsbook; a five-and-a-half acre pool complex (which, unsurprisingly, will become the largest pool deck in Las Vegas) with seven pools, including The Strip’s only infinity-edge pool; a full-service spa; about 70,000 square feet of retail space; a dedicated nightlife complex brought to life through a partnership with the Zouk Group of Singapore that will feature different experiences depending on the time of day and day of the week and 250,000 square feet of meeting and event space as well as connectivity to the Las Vegas Convention Center by way of an underground transportation system directly connecting the two venues.

Guests at any Resorts World Las Vegas property will be able to take advantage of the latest technology, including mobile check-in and digital key and even a digital concierge named Red, powered by artificial intelligence.

Interestingly, even though the complex is slated to open June 24, reservations aren’t available — through Hilton or a dedicated Resorts World website — until June 25. It is assumed that will change soon, but for now, you can book a room at Resorts World starting from $331 at the Las Vegas Hilton, with the Conrad and Crockfords going for $399 and $483, respectively.

The Hilton Honors program doesn’t have an award chart, so rates vary by night, but on the first night Resorts World is taking reservations, you can expect to pay 113,000 points for a night at the Las Vegas Hilton, 129,000 at the Conrad and 164,000 at Crockfords.
