Broken Yolk Cafe is now open for service in their new location in the Biltmore area.

Broken Yolk Phoenix is situated in the vibrant Camelback Colonnade and will offer breakfast, brunch, and lunch every day, along with a well-stocked bar. The establishment prides itself on its welcoming ambiance and dedicated employees, ensuring that each customer is treated like a familiar face.

Famous dishes at this restaurant include the Chicken & Waffle Benedict, which consists of two Belgian waffle quarters topped with crispy chicken tenders, poached eggs, and hollandaise sauce. Another popular dish is the Californian Omelet, made with bacon, home fries, and American cheese, and topped with avocado and sour cream. The Wild West Burger is also a favorite, featuring applewood-smoked bacon, onion rings, BBQ sauce, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. For a unique twist, try the Monte Cristo, a grilled ham and Swiss cheese sandwiched between thick French toast slices and served with raspberry sauce on the side.

And don’t forget to wash it all down with unlimited coffee refills or choose from a selection of Mimosa or Bloody Mary Flights.

Those with dietary restrictions can also enjoy gluten-free and vegan/vegetarian options at this establishment.

The initial establishment in the market owned and managed by Grant & Grit Collective, a San Diego-based hospitality group, is located in Phoenix. Along with Phoenix, the group currently runs three other locations of the same concept in Southern California, with additional ones in the works.
