Applebee’s At Uptown Plaza To Be Replaced By Sam Fox’s The Henry

Uptown Plaza is set to welcome a new restaurant.

For the last ten years, The Henry has been a popular Phoenix restaurant and dining destination in the Arcadia area. With much anticipation, the restaurant is now in the process of adding another location in the Upper Middle area.

Sam Fox, founder of Fox Restaurant Concepts, stated, “It’s been so special to watch The Henry grow into a neighborhood staple for so many of our guests. We are excited to bring The Henry to this iconic spot in Central Phoenix and will work hard to provide the full Henry experience to the neighborhood.”

The upcoming eatery will be situated in Uptown Plaza, at the northeast corner of Central Avenue and Camelback Road. It will share the parking lot with Flower Child, which is part of Fox Restaurant Concepts. The Henry’s original spot is a short five miles away. The Central Phoenix location will be taking over the Applebee’s which has been a long time establishment in the shopping complex.

Sam Fox, founder of Fox Restaurant Concepts, said in a press release, “It has been an incredible privilege to observe The Henry evolve into a beloved part of the community for many patrons.” He added that they are thrilled to have the opportunity to bring The Henry to the renowned area in Central Phoenix and that they will endeavor to deliver the complete Henry experience to the area.

In the morning, one can start their experience with coffee and pastries, followed by a brunch. The Uptown location will have a remarkable happy hour and a welcoming yet enhanced dinner affair. There will be some extra dinner selections on the menu.

The plaza will be improved by the presence of The Henry, a new restaurant boasting an indoor and outdoor cocktail bar, an eye-catching fireplace, and a kitchen visible to guests.

While this makes the second debut for The Henry, the restaurant has been growing in other states such as California, Texas, and Florida.
