Nestlé Recalls Edible Cookie Dough
The edible cookie dough isn’t edible! Nestlé USA is recalling their Edible Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough containers.
The company issued the recall with a concern that products may contain soft plastic film.
The recalled batches were produced between Aug. 1 and Aug. 3 and distributed to retailers nationwide. If customers still have this item in their refrigerator, Nestlé is encouraging them to look for the following batch codes on the products to determine if it is on the recall list:
- 22135554RR
- 22145554RR
- 22155554RR
The recall was prompted after customers reported the issue to Nestlé USA.
At this point, no illnesses or injuries have been reported. Consumers can return the cookie dough to the place of purchase for a full refund.
