Fly Bye To Go Coming to Arcadia This Fall

Valley restaurateur Sam Fox has plans to open a new takeout pizza venture in Arcadia. This Fall “Fly Bye To Go” will open in the Phoenix neighborhood.

The menu will include hand-tossed square pan pizza, sandwiches, salads, mozzarella sticks, chicken wings and tenders with dipping sauces.

The new Arcadia location will be the third location for Fly Bye in Phoenix.

The first Fly Bye opened near Seventh Street at Bethany Home Road at Culinary Dropout in December 2020. The second location will open this summer at Desert Ridge Marketplace.

Fly Bye will operate 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sundays through Thursdays and 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays.

Fox Restaurant Concepts eateries include North Italia, Doughbird, Flower Child, Culinary Dropout, The Henry, Zinburger and Olive & Ivy.
