Bluewater Grill Reopens at New Phoenix Location

Bluewater Grill’s has reopened and is serving seafood, sushi and cocktails.

Just three months after closing its original location, the Phoenix restaurant and bar reopened Sunday in their new location at Glendale Avenue just west of 16th Street, in the former SanTan Brewing space.

The original Phoenix location opened in 2009 near Camelback Road and 16th Street in a building overlooking State Route 51.

Phoenix is the only city outside of California that has a Bluewater Grill.

Bluewater Grill ended operations there in June. The restaurants original location on Camelback Road was sold to apartment developers. Construction is underway at the site, and the building has already been demolished

The Bluewater Grill is open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday-Thursday and Sunday, and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday-Saturday. It’s closed Mondays. Happy hour is held from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday-Friday and noon to 5 p.m. Saturday-Sunday.
