The Arizona Cactus-Pine Council, which serves Phoenix as well as greater central and northern Arizona, sets up shop Jan. 18 to Feb. 28.

The cookie program organized by Girl Scouts of Southern Arizona, which includes Tucson and Yuma, runs Jan. 16 to Feb. 28.

There are several different ways to buy Girl Scout cookies in Arizona, with a few adjustments made for COVID-19 precautions. People can find the nearest seller by typing in their ZIP code at

Traditional booths: Girl Scouts will continue to set up booths at grocery stores and retailers. Organization leaders are asking scouts to wear masks and have adults stationed with sanitizing products at each booth.

Online delivery and pickup: Starting Feb. 1, Girl Scouts of the USA plans to release a link where customers can purchase cookies directly from local troops by entering their ZIP code. Cookies will be shipped directly to the customer, with proceeds going to that troop.

People who personally know a Girl Scout have another way to buy cookies from them. Girl Scouts can also invite people to their personal Digital Cookie app page, where people have the option of purchasing cookies for pickup or home delivery.

Drive-thru booths: Some troops are coordinating drive-thru booths in parking lots, allowing more space for social distancing. Customers are required to wear masks to make an order, according to a press release.
