The highly anticipated resort, The Ritz-Carlton Paradise Valley at The Palmeraie, situated at 7000 E Lincoln Drive, has made an official statement that Mott 32 will be the signature restaurant for the new resort.

The renowned Chinese restaurant, Mott 32, will be making its debut in Arizona, marking its second location in the United States alongside a new resort. This will mark the first time Mott 32 has expanded to Arizona, with its first U.S. location opening at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas in 2019. Mott 32 currently has 8 establishments around the world, including in Hong Kong, Singapore, Bangkok, Seoul, Cebu, Vancouver, and a soon-to-open location in Toronto. Both the hotel and restaurant are expected to be finished by the end of 2024.

According to a statement released by Xuan Mu, the founder of Mott 32, the team is thrilled to introduce the distinctive and elegant style of Mott 32 to The Ritz-Carlton, Paradise Valley. This partnership perfectly combines luxury, grandeur, and heritage to foster a strong sense of community, which is what Mott 32 is known for. They are eager to bring their social fine-dining concept to the local area.

Mott 32 is known for its unique take on classic Chinese dishes and providing guests with exceptional dining experiences. With a strong emphasis on preserving its cultural roots, the restaurant guarantees to impress diners with its top-notch service and exceptional culinary offerings. Open for lunch and dinner every day, the establishment spans over 4,600 square feet and also features a spacious 4,100-square-foot outdoor patio, overlooking a beautiful pool and breathtaking mountain scenery.

Visitors can anticipate classic Cantonese cuisine infused with elements from Beijing and Szechuan, crafted using cutting-edge and inventive cooking methods from various parts of the globe. This includes the renowned 42-day apple wood roasted Peking duck, skillfully sliced for diners at their table, as well as delicacies such as barbecue pluma Iberico pork glazed with yellow mountain honey. Additionally, an extensive dim sum assortment will showcase steamed, fried, and baked dumplings, including the unique soft quail egg and a cleverly incorporated Iberico pork siu mai with black truffle.

Originating in Hong Kong, Mott 32 pays tribute to the historical significance of 32 Mott Street in New York, where the first Chinese convenience store in the city was established in 1891.

The Ritz-Carlton Paradise Valley, The Palmeraie, was created by Five Star Development as the pinnacle of the $2 billion planned community of The Palmeraie, which covers 122 acres in the most affluent and desirable area of Arizona. With a total area of approximately 18 acres, the resort consists of 215 rooms connected by tranquil gardens and shaded pathways, giving off a village-like atmosphere. The magnificent Grand Lobby, situated above the rest of the hotel and overlooking Camelback Mountain, will welcome guests with a cascading water feature that flows throughout the property to a world-class spa. The main pool, measuring almost 400 feet, will offer one of the longest resort pool experiences in North America.
