Prom night should be a special and stress-free experience for every teenager, and that’s where Cinderella Affair comes in to alleviate any financial worries.
In Chandler, AZ, the Cinderella Affair organization aims to alleviate the financial burden on teenagers so they can enjoy their prom night to the fullest.
Every year, the East Valley Women’s League in Chandler organizes a volunteer project where they offer complimentary prom dresses to students. Additionally, they also provide tailoring services and make minor adjustments for free.
The organization has received numerous donations of new or slightly worn dresses in a variety of colors, fabrics, sizes, and styles. These dresses are intended to make teenagers in the Valley feel unique. Students are welcome to peruse the collection, try on a few options, and take home a dress of their own.
Since 2002, the program has provided dresses to a total of 16,000 girls.

A scheduled dress shopping events is scheduled to take place on April 6th and 7th, with doors opening at 8 in the morning.
As stated on their website, they are currently unable to accept dress donations due to an excessive amount of donations being received.
