Leading Early Literacy Educator to Hold Educational Seminars

Dr. Anjum Majeed, a leading early literacy educator and Superintendent of Self Development Academy, will continue her lecture series by holding four seminars on early childhood literacy and the impact on K – 3rd grade children.

“Children who learn to read and write by the 3rd grade have earned an invaluable life-long gift,” said Dr. Anjum Majeed. “Our next four lectures will focus on the latest early literacy findings and practical implementation schools and parents can put into practice to help children succeed.”

The Early Literacy Seminars will be held at Self Development Academy’s Mesa Campus located at 1709 N. Greenfield Road, Mesa, Arizona 85205. The dates, times and subject matters are as follows:

Early Literacy Seminars 

6:00pm – 7:15pm

January 23rd – Early Literacy Reading Program
February 6th – Early Literacy Writing Program
February 20th – Early Literacy Mathematics Program
February 29th – Developing a Love for Learning
