Sam Fox, a well-known restaurateur, is preparing to open his first hotel venture in Phoenix.
On December 6, the Global Ambassador Hotel, which has been long-awaited, will undoubtedly become the most luxurious place to stay in Arizona. An investment of over $1 million per room, the creation of five culinary concepts, and Arizona’s largest rooftop restaurant, it is for sure will meet their goal of taking the hospitality business to the next level. By creating an excellent setting, remarkable experiences and extraordinary hospitality, the property will be more than just somewhere for guests to stay, but rather a place that people will want to experience and enjoy.
The hotel offers it all including five restaurants, spa, gym, and pool. There’s a lot to keep visitors occupied while they are there.
The 141 guest rooms and suites come in a variety of sizes, from a King Standard room of 460 square feet to the luxurious Presidential suite of 2,000 square feet. All of the rooms offer a residential atmosphere. The rooms boast beautiful vistas of Camelback Mountain, which can be appreciated from the balconies.
Fox drew upon his travels around the world to create this property, hence the name. Working with Judith Testani from Testani Design Troupe, they have created a spot with a timeless, sophisticated atmosphere. The decor includes Phillip Jeffries wallpaper, Matouk linens and Kassatex towels, handmade leather accents from Billykirk, Michael Carson artwork, custom walnut millwork, curated minibars, and Byredo Bal d’Afrique bathroom amenities.
Global Ambassador will be the Upper Middle’s culinary hotspot with five food and beverage venues contained on the property. The resort’s heart and soul is Le Âme, the French bistro, whose open kitchen and sophisticated dining room filled with plush sofas, bistro chairs, and marble tabletops creates an inviting atmosphere for breakfast, lunch, brunch, and dinner. A private dining room for twelve is set up in the kitchen, and the menu is composed of classic French dishes as well as creative variations.
A Parisian-style steakhouse is available to guests at The Global Ambassador hotel.
The modern patisserie Le Market, offers freshly-baked breads and pastries, smoothies, cold-pressed juices, and different meals for breakfast and lunch throughout the day.
The bar in the lobby, featuring its signature cocktails and live music, has a European ambiance that extends out to the lush courtyard.
At the Pink Dolphin by the pool, Mexican and Peruvian flavors are combined to create tacos, ceviches, and chicken skewers. The menu is complemented with cocktails, a range of sparkling wines from France, Italy, and Argentina, and a selection of microbrews.
The top floor of the hotel is undoubtedly the best. Thea, a Mediterranean rooftop restaurant, with stunning views of Camelback Mountain set in a luxurious, garden-like atmosphere will be a restaurant game changer in the valley.
With a capacity for nearly 1,000 people, this eatery is now the biggest rooftop restaurant in Arizona. The offerings range from appetizers such as mezze, cheeses and dips, flatbreads, salads, and vegetable dishes, to main dishes.
In order to increase the exclusivity of the Global Ambassador program, The Grill, also known as “London supper club,” is a private restaurant for members-only and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
If you stay, it is imperative that you seek out a moment of wellness at their incredible spa. The spa offers ten different treatment rooms, where visitors can schedule massages, facials, IV drips and cryotherapy. The wellness facilities also include a cold plunge, a sauna, a steam room, and a jacuzzi.
Need to work off one of Fox’s incredible meals? The 9,000-square-foot fitness center has multiple rooms for yoga and pilates, as well as two outdoor decks for sunrise meditation and classes. Personal trainers are on hand to provide guidance on nutrition, physical therapy, and mindset coaching.
The Global Ambassdor Hotel is located in Phoenix near the corner of 44th Street and Camelback at 4360 E Camelback Road. The cost per night to stay at Global Ambassador begins at $650. Click here to book a reservation or for more information on dining or membership.
