Second Doughbird Locations Opens In The Upper Middle

Fox Restaurant Concepts’ Doughbird recently opened their second location in the Valley at The Colony on 7th Street.

Their first restaurant opened in Arcadia four years ago, and this new one comes with an even more extensive menu and what is said to be the company’s most impressive bar offering to date.

7th Street will be home to the new Doughbird, and its accompanying restaurant, Culinary Dropout. The menu will be based around pizzas and rotisserie chicken, with some Fly Bye favorites from the to-go concept that was connected to Culinary Dropout.

At the core of the restaurant lies a bar that has huge TVs and luxurious seating. When the climate is favorable, the retractable garage doors and outdoor patio offer a pleasant indoor/outdoor atmosphere, making it the perfect place to watch a game or have a post-work happy hour.

The eatery will be offer continually varying selections of hand-crafted pizzas (with the addition of Detroit-style pan square pizza) and a selection of poultry cooked over the rotisserie or fried to a golden crunchiness.

The restaurant provides a variety of wines and local craft beers, along with a range of cocktails that the staff hopes will give customers a pleasant surprise.
