City of Phoenix Mailing of Ballots Begins For Special Election

On Wednesday, the City of Phoenix mailed ballots to eligible registered voters for the upcoming City of Phoenix Special Bond Election. In this election, voters residing in Phoenix will decide on four ballot questions.

Mail-In-Ballots

All Phoenix-eligible registered voters will automatically receive a ballot by mail. Ballots for the November 7, 2023, Special Bond Election will be mailed by the Maricopa County Elections Department beginning Wednesday, October 11, 2023.

Ballot Drop boxes will be available starting October 11, 2023, in designated locations by the County. To search for a location visit Locations.Mar​​icopa.Vote.

To obtain a replacement ballot by mail for a ballot that is destroyed, lost, spoiled or not received, call 602-506-1511 or email [email protected] by Friday, October 27, 2023.

Mail-in ballots are available in alternative formats including Braille and large print, upon request. To request an alternative format of the ballot, please call the Maricopa County Elections Department at 602-506-1511.

Ballot Replacement Sites for In-person Voting

Voters may cast a replacement ballot in person at a ballot replacement site if the mailed ballot was lost, spoiled, destroyed, or not received. Ballot replacement sites will be designated by Maricopa County. In-person ballot replacement voting begins on October 30, 2023.
