The election season isn’t quite over. For voters who live in Phoenix District 6 and 8, there is a special runoff election that you need to plan for.

District 6
Voters will need to decide on a new City of Phoenix member who will succeed term-limited Sal DiCiccio. Kevin Robinson and Sam Stone are the two remaining candidates in the run-off after an eight-person field in the November 2022 general election.

District 8
Voters need to place their votes in the special run-off race between incumbent Carlos Garcia and challenger Kesha Hodge Washington. In District 8, there were 4 candidates on the ballot. Garcia and Hodge Washington are the two that made the special ballot run-off election.

Ballots will be mailed out to voters in District 6 and 8 starting Wednesday who are on the Active Early Voting list. Registered voters who are not on the list but would like to receive an early ballot can request a ballot until March 3rd. Voters can request a ballot by contacting the City Clerk Department.
