Arizona Diamondbacks To Replace TGI Friday’s at Chase Field
Chase Field’s iconic Friday’s Front Row is being replaced.
The team recently announced that Scottsdale-based sports bar Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers will take over the space in left field.
Friday’s Front Row Sports Grill has been a popular dining destination at the stadium, giving guests an incredible view of the ballpark. However, the pandemic in 2020 caused the restaurant to shut down. In 2021, it was announced that the temporary closure would be permanent and the restaurant’s sign was removed.
Two years later, a new dining establishment is set to thrive in the ballpark.
In addition to the sports bar Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers, the prime ballpark location will also add a cocktail bar from its sister restaurant Bourbon & Bones.
“This is a special opportunity for us to raise the bar for both Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers and D-backs fans,” said S. Barrett Rinzler, CEO and Founder of Square One Concepts, which owns both the Cold Beers and Bourbon & Bones.
Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers has become a growing popular chain in the valley and currently has 12 locations including restaurants in Glendale, Scottsdale, Chandler and Gilbert. The menu offers a selection of local craft brews and imported beers with burgers, sandwiches, salads and appetizers such as wings and nachos.
Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers at the stadium will be open seven days. Diners can enjoy a meal and a view at the baseball stadium, even when there is no game playing.
The restaurant will open this summer, and Bourbon & Bones open shortly after.
