Scottsdale Hotel Will Be Converted to Luxury Apartments

The 114-room Extended Stay Suites in Scottsdale is about to get a complete make over.

A local investment firm acquired the Scottsdale hotel located at Scottsdale and Mountain View roads with plans to convert the hotel space into an 85-unit luxury apartment community.

Sterling Real Estate Partners expects to start development of the apartments at the start of the summer and is estimating completion within the first quarter of 2023.

Construction will involve updating each unit to meet Scottsdale residential building codes and giving each unit a new balcony. Additional amenities will include a fitness center, yoga studio, movie theater, dog park and resort-style pool.

The new residences will include one-, two- and three-bedroom units that will range from 450 to 1,350 square feet.
