You are invited to Lake Pleasant for their annual Independence Day celebration. Families can enjoy kids activities with unlimited inflatable water slides, bounce houses, live music\u00a0and delicious food truck options. Fireworks begin at 9:00 p.m.<\/p>\n

This \u00a0year\u2019s event\u00a0will include\u00a0two stages\u00a0featuring\u00a0local entertainers, a variety of\u00a0vendors offering\u00a0festival-style food and beverage, arts and crafts, interactive exhibits and a classic car display.\u00a0Youth activities, rides and inflatables, and a water spray zone will be part of Kids\u2019 World.<\/p>\n

July 4th Tempe Town Lake Festival<\/strong><\/a>

Kiwanis Club of Tempe hosts the 66th Annual Fireworks Spectacular\u00a0and will present fireworks shot from Mill Avenue Bridge. The fireworks spectacular will be choreographed to music for all tastes and interests including patriotic, pop, country, and more.<\/p>\n

Fourth at the Fountain<\/strong><\/a>

Put on your patriotic attire and join the fun at Fountain Park to celebrate the USA! The celebration will kick off at 5:00 p.m. with music, games, kids entertainment and a wide variety of food. Bring a blanket and or chair to relax and enjoy an evening filled with fun. The night will feature a majestic fireworks display over the park\u2019s beautiful lake.<\/p>\n

Arizona Celebration of Freedom<\/strong><\/a>

Celebrate the 4th<\/sup> of July with Arizona Celebration of Freedom. There will be live entertainment, beer garden, food, activity zones with water features, presentations, cultural displays and more, and much more throughout the evening. A spectacular fireworks display will begin at approximately 9:30 p.m.<\/p>\n

Peoria All-American Festival<\/strong><\/a>
\n<\/strong>Peoria Sports Complex, 16101 N. 83rd Ave., Peoria<\/p>\n

The evening annual 4th<\/sup> of July fun is full of entertainment, \u201cexploding\u201d fun and an incredible colorful fireworks in the skies, including family-friendly activities such as a Water Zone, a Kids Zone, food eating contests, a corn hole tournament, concessions and live entertainment.<\/p>\n

Apache Junction: Hometown Fireworks Celebration<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

The southeastern Phoenix town of\u00a0Apache Junction<\/a>\u00a0will host the \u201cHometown Fireworks Celebration\u201d all day on July 4, 2019. This annual\u00a0event incorporates an entire day of family activities, sporting events, fun, music, and fireworks.<\/p>\n

Buckeye: Old Fashioned Independence Day Celebration<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

Buckeye will host its annual celebration, \u201cOld-Fashion Independence Day\u201d on July 4 from 6 to 9:30 p.m. at the Youngker High School. Admission to this community-run event is free, but some of the family-friendly activities do require a small fee to participate. Fireworks will kick off at 9 p.m., and guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets so they can relax on the field and enjoy the show.<\/p>\n

Casa Grande: Family Fun Day and Fireworks Spectacular<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

The city of Casa Grande will celebrate the Fourth of July at the\u00a0Palm Island Family Aquatics Park from 10 a.m to 2 p.m and the Paul Mason Sports Complex, starting at 6:30 p.m. In the daytime enjoy open swim, activities, and games at Family Swim Day for a small fee, and then head over to the Sports Complex for free activities and fireworks in the evening (at 9 p.m.).\u00a0Bring lawn chairs and blankets as well as cash for food vendors, but leave the alcohol and pets at home for this event.<\/p>\n

Florence: Freedom Fest<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

Florence will host their Freedom Fest all day long on July 4th. Afternoon activities will take place at the Florence Aquatic Center for the open swim session starting at noon. The evening activities continue at Heritage Park at 5 p.m. for activities including corn hole and mud volleyball tournaments, bingo, inflatable toys, and live music by the Laura Walsh band. Freedom Fest comes to an end with a 30-minute fireworks show starting at 8:30 p.m. Admission for the open swim is school supplies or a backpack that will be donated to local children in need, and the concert and firework show are both free to attend.<\/p>\n

Gilbert: July 4th Celebration<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

Bring the family and catch a great fireworks show at their annual July 4th Celebration at the Higley\u00a0High School in Gilbert on July 4, 2019, from 6 to 8:45 p.m. There will also be food trucks on-site selling food.<\/p>\n

Goodyear: Star Spangled 4th<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

Goodyear<\/a>\u00a0will hosts an annual Independence Day event at the\u00a0Goodyear Ballpark\u00a0on July 4th from 6 to 10 p.m. If you\u2019d like to spend the whole day at the ballpark, you could also buy tickets to the USA Baseball Tournament happening from morning through early afternoon. The \u201cStar Spangled Fourth\u201d event is free and will feature a water slide, bounce houses, live music, a hot dog eating contest for adults, and a 20-minute firework display to end the night.<\/p>\n

Blankets, seat cushions, and towels are allowed, but you cannot bring any commercial cameras, sparklers, drones, noisemakers, chairs, hard or large coolers, glass, cans, alcohol, skates, skateboards, or pets into\u00a0the ballpark.<\/p>\n

Litchfield Park: Fourth of July Splash Bash<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

Litchfield Park will celebrate the Fourth of July with its annual Splash Bash on July 4th from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Recreation Center downtown. This community-sponsored event does require a low admission price, $2 per person unless you have a Litchfield Park pool pass. Food and beverages will be available for purchase, but you are not allowed to bring in liquor, coolers, or large amounts of prepared food (snacks are okay).<\/p>\n

Maricopa: Great American Fourth<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Maricopa will celebrate the 4th of July with a community barbecue. The \u201cGreat American Fourth\u201d event takes place at\u00a0Copper Sky Regional Park, right across from the\u00a0aquatic center<\/a>, on July 4, 2019, from 7 to 10 p.m. Entertainment includes a Kid\u2019s Zone with water toys, bounce houses, and family-friendly activities as well as a beer garden for adults and music performances appropriate for all ages followed by a firework show to close out the night.<\/p>\n

Tolleson: 4th of July Celebration<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

Tolleson will host\u00a0its annual Independence Day celebration at the Veterans Park on July 4th from 4 to 9:30 p.m. Featuring family fun, cookie-eating contests, a cheeseball toss, live music, water slides, and a full fireworks show, this free local event is a great way to spend the holiday just outside of Phoenix. Parking is free, but there will also be a shuttle service provided between lots a little further from the park entrance. There will also be food and beverage vendors on-site, so remember to bring cash if you want to eat while you\u2019re there.<\/p>\n

Wickenburg: 4th of July Spectacular<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

Wickenburg<\/a> will host its annual Fourth of July Spectacular all day long on July 4th at various venues in the city. Activities kick off with open pool hours at the Wickenburg Municipal Swimming Pool from 1 to 5 p.m. featuring music and games, and in the evening, festivities move to Sunset Park where you can enjoy carnival games, crafts, water slides, and a big firework show from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.<\/p>\n

JULY 5<\/strong><\/p>\n

Arizona Diamondbacks\u2019 Fireworks Spectacular<\/a><\/strong>
\n401 E Jefferson St., Phoenix<\/p>\n

The Diamondbacks will take on the Colorado Rockies at 6:10 p.m. in Chase Field. Afterwards, the retractable roof will open for a spectacular fireworks show.<\/p>\n

Apache Junction: Hometown Fireworks Celebration<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

The southeastern Phoenix town of\u00a0Apache Junction\u00a0will host the \u201cHometown Fireworks Celebration\u201d all day on July 4, 2019. This annual\u00a0event incorporates an entire day of family activities, sporting events, fun, music, and fireworks.<\/p>\n

The day starts with the 4th of July Co-Ed Volleyball Tournament, which takes place at the\u00a0Superstition Shadows Aquatic Center\u00a0starting at 8 a.m. Spectators must pay pool admission, which is waived for tournament participants, but you\u2019ll also get access to public swimming afterward from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.<\/p>\n

In the evening the gates at the high school football stadium will open at\u00a06 p.m. for the main event. Along with live\u00a0music and entertainment for adults, families can also enjoy game booths\u00a0and activities for kids including inflatable bounce houses, water games, bean bag toss, and prize ponds. There will also be a\u00a0bicycle, tricycle, and wagon decorating contest and free watermelon (while supplies last).<\/p>\n

Buckeye: Old Fashioned Independence Day Celebration<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

Buckeye is located in the\u00a0West Valley\u00a0and is actually one of the fastest growing cities in the country. Its annual celebration, \u201cOld-Fashion Independence Day\u201d returns in 2019 on July 4 from 6 to 9:30 p.m. at the Youngker High School.<\/p>\n

Admission to this community-run event is free, but some of the family-friendly activities do require a small fee to participate. Fireworks will kick off at 9 p.m., and guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets so they can relax on the field and enjoy the show.<\/p>\n

Chandler\u2019s\u00a0signature Independence Day celebration takes place at Tumbleweed Park, on the Southwest corner of Germann and McQueen Roads, on July 4, 2019, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.<\/p>\n

Although the event is free to attend, parking will cost you a small fee per vehicle. Entertainment includes local band School of Rock Sugar Skulls, DJs, the Presentation of Colors by the United States Marine Corp Color Guard, and a fireworks show. Activities include\u00a0a coloring area, corn hole games, a photo booth, Sesame Street attractions, and a goodies and giveaways table.<\/p>\n

Florence: Freedom Fest<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

Florence is one of Arizona\u2019s oldest towns,\u00a0located southeast of the Phoenix area in Pinal County, and this year, it will host Freedom Fest all day long on July 4, 2019.<\/p>\n

Activities and entertainment include live music, kids bounce houses, a rock climbing wall, and prize raffles and DJ tunes, followed by a closeout firework show starting at 9 p.m.<\/p>\n

Food vendors selling Italian ice, frozen lemonade, and other treats will be on-site, but otherwise, the event is completely free to attend. Parking is also available nearby, but several city\u00a0streets will be closed to traffic for the holiday.<\/p>\n

Gilbert: July 4th Celebration<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

The town of\u00a0Gilbert\u00a0is a growing, mostly residential community southeast of Phoenix in the\u00a0East Valley<\/a>, but if you happen to be in town for the holiday, you can catch a great fireworks show at the annual July 4th Celebration at the Higley\u00a0High School in Gilbert on July 4, 2019, from 6 to 8:45 p.m.<\/p>\n

There will also be food trucks on-site selling food, but otherwise, the town of Gilbert keeps it simple for their Fourth of July celebration.\u00a0You can also see the fireworks from Centennial Elementary School, Legacy Traditional Academy, Higley Unified School District Administration Parking Lot, and other sites along Recker and Pecos Road if you\u2019d prefer a more intimate setting.<\/p>\n

Another great West Valley city, Litchfield Park will celebrate the Fourth of July with its annual Splash Bash on July 4, 2019, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Recreation Center downtown.<\/p>\n

Peoria: All-American Festival<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

The main draw of the West Valley, though, is Peoria\u2019s annual All-American Festival, which has been providing patriotic entertainment to the town for over 35 years. The All-American Festival returns this year on July 4 to the Peoria Sports Complex from 5 to 10 p.m.<\/p>\n

The All-American Festival will also feature a cornhole tournament, a kids zone, a water zone, food eating contests, food and beer concessions, and plenty of family-friendly activities throughout the event. Fireworks start at 9:15 p.m. Although admission is free in 2019, some activities have an additional fee.<\/p>\n

Tolleson: 4th of July Celebration<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n
