Job Description: Part-Time Content Producer
Key Responsibilities
- Research, pitch, and write local stories that resonate with Phoenix audiences
- Capture compelling photos and short-form video content for articles and social platforms
- Conduct interviews with local business owners, influencers, and community leaders
- Attend and cover events in The Upper Middle neighborhoods
- Edit and upload content to our website and social media channels
- Collaborate with our editorial team to maintain brand tone and visual consistency
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent writing and editorial skills with a digital-first mindset
- Ability to shoot and edit photos and videos (DSLR, mirrorless, or phone-based OK)
- Familiarity with Phoenix zip codes: 85012, 85013, 85014, 85016, 85018, 85020, and 85021
- Strong social media skills
- Self-motivated and organized with the ability to work independently
- Bonus: Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or mobile editing apps
