We’re seeking a motivated Sales Executive to help grow advertising, sponsorship, and partnership revenue across our media properties.
Position Overview
This role is responsible for developing new business relationships and selling advertising and sponsorship opportunities across our digital media platforms. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping local businesses connect with our audience. Please see our Media Kit.
Responsibilities
• Generate new advertising and sponsorship revenue through outbound prospecting and networking
• Develop relationships with local business owners and marketing decision-makers
• Present advertising, sponsorship, and content marketing opportunities
• Manage prospects through the sales process from initial outreach to signed agreement
• Attend networking events, chamber events, and community functions
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and CRM
• Collaborate with our content and marketing teams to develop custom sponsorship packages
• Identify opportunities for annual partnerships and event sponsorships
Ideal Experience
• B2B sales experience preferred
• Media, advertising, marketing, sponsorship, or business development experience a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with prospecting and cold outreach
• Organized and self-motivated
• Existing Arizona business relationships are a plus

Compensation
Flexible structure based on experience:
• Commission-only option available
