Festivin returns to Wrigley Mansion for its sixth annual celebration of wine, food, and education. From Thursday, January 15 through Sunday, January 18, guests can enjoy four days of immersive experiences designed for wine lovers of all levels. The festival features unique dinners, interactive seminars, and hands-on demonstrations led by Advanced Sommeliers, Master Sommeliers, winemakers, and executive directors. Each event offers the perfect opportunity to explore new wines, learn insider tips, and savor the flavors of expertly crafted cuisine.
A Week of Wine and Culinary Experiences
Festivin kicks off on Thursday, January 15 with Unplugged & Uncorked, followed by a Dom Pérignon dinner at Christopher’s. Friday continues the celebrations with Collaboration ON THE KNOLL, hosted at Geordie’s. Saturday offers a packed schedule of seminars and demonstrations, including Chef Nick’s Demo & Lunch, Champagne Wishes & Caviar Dreams, and Mystery in a Glass Blind Tasting. Guests can also enjoy A Tale of Two Sangios and explore sparkling wines from around the world. The afternoon concludes with Aperitivo, a casual gathering to unwind and enjoy conversation over drinks.
The Grand Tasting: Sunday’s Highlight
The festival concludes on Sunday, January 18, with the Grand Tasting from 12 to 4 PM, offering VIP access to Wine and Corporate Members starting at 11:30 AM. This signature event showcases over 150 wines, many of which are rarely available to the public. Guests can sip and sample their way through the collection while enjoying exquisite cuisine from Chef Nick Kennedy. Attendees will also have the chance to taste caviar and meet adoptable puppies from Almost There: A Mom and Pup Rescue, with a portion of proceeds benefiting the organization.
