On Saturday, December 6, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., the F.Q. Story Home Tour invites guests to explore one of Phoenix’s most historic neighborhoods during the holiday season. Set along Culver Street between 7th and 15th Avenues, the event offers a unique opportunity to walk through 10 charming homes and 6 beautifully designed gardens while enjoying a day of festive community celebration.
As visitors wander through the district, they’ll experience the warm glow of hand-lit luminarias, listen to live carolers, and take in the architectural variety that defines the F.Q. Story Historic District. Craftsman bungalows, Tudor Revivals, and Spanish Colonial-style homes line the streets, each one offering a glimpse into Phoenix’s architectural past.
Explore the Holiday Marketplace
From 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., the Holiday Marketplace transforms Culver Street into a lively pedestrian area filled with local vendors, handcrafted goods, and seasonal treats. Shoppers can browse unique gifts while sampling delicious bites from the food trucks parked nearby. The marketplace blends the charm of small-town holiday shopping with the creative energy of Phoenix’s local artisans.
Enjoy Music, Carolers, and Sweet Traditions
Additionally, guests can enjoy live music from the main stage throughout the day. Carolers will stroll the streets singing traditional songs. The event’s beloved Cookie House also returns this year. It offers guests a nostalgic stop for a homemade treat as they continue their walk through the neighborhood.
Relax in the Hops & Vine Beverage Garden
This year introduces the Hops & Vine Beverage Garden, open throughout the event. Visitors can unwind with a local beer or glass of wine, take in the view of the historic homes, and enjoy the festive ambiance as the luminarias begin to glow after sunset.
