Phoenix Film Festival 2025: Arizona’s Top Independent Film Event Returns March 27 – April 6

From March 27 through April 6, the Harkins Scottsdale 101 Theatre transforms into a hub for movie lovers, filmmakers, and families. This milestone 25th anniversary edition features over 250 films, industry panels, educational programs, and unforgettable events.

Started in 2001 by Valley filmmakers, this award-winning independent film festival has become one of the most anticipated annual events in Greater Phoenix, drawing over 20,000 attendees from across the Southwest.

Opening Night Premiere (March 27):
Kick off the festival with The Ballad of Wallis Island, starring Carey Mulligan. Enjoy live music, food tastings from local Phoenix restaurants, and a buzzing party atmosphere.
