The Phoenix Symphony is set to deliver an electrifying performance with “The Music of Pink Floyd: A Rock Symphony” on March 8, 2025, at the Arizona Financial Theatre in Phoenix, Arizona. This concert commemorates the 50th anniversary of Pink Floyd’s seminal album, The Dark Side of the Moon, by blending the band’s iconic psychedelic sounds with lush orchestral arrangements.

Under the baton of Berklee-trained arranger and conductor Brent Havens, known for his innovative fusion of rock and classical music, the symphony will be joined by vocalist and guitarist Randy Jackson, along with a full rock ensemble. The program features classics from The Dark Side of the Moon and The Wall, as well as selections from A Momentary Lapse of Reason and Wish You Were Here.

The Arizona Financial Theatre, located in downtown Phoenix, will host this unique event. Tickets range from $35 to $113, depending on seating preferences. Click here to purchase your tickets.

This concert offers a rare opportunity to experience Pink Floyd’s music in a new light, as the Phoenix Symphony intertwines classical orchestration with rock elements, promising a mind-blowing sonic journey. Given the symphony’s history of delivering outstanding performances, this event is poised to be a highlight of the season for both classical aficionados and rock enthusiasts alike.
