The new restaurant is coming to Scottsdale Fashion Square.
Catch, an Asian-inspired restaurant, is bringing their first restaurant to Arizona. The high-end New York seafood restaurant signed a lease in the renovated south wing of Scottsdale Fashion Square at 7014 E Camelback Road.
Catch Hospitality Group, founded by Houston Rockets owner Tilman Fertitta, Mark Birnbaum, and Eugene Remm, has opened several of their restaurant concepts throughout the United States. They are currently in Los Angeles, New York City, Las Vegas, and Aspen. The Scottsdale Catch is slated to open in 2025. Catch Hospitality Group has plans to open additional new locations in Dallas, Miami, and their Florida location set to open later this year.
The Rockwell Group has been hired to design the Scottsdale restaurant. The group plans to recreate the lively and vibrant atmosphere in the new locations and will “combine sleek design motifs with brilliant modernist architecture for an inviting and animated experience,” according to a company press release. Catch in Scottsdale will be a truly unique destination.
