Life Time Announces First-Ever Life Time Living Coming to Arizona

Life Time, a premier healthy lifestyle brand, is bringing the Paradise Valley area more than 100-acre redevelopment to the former Paradise Valley Mall, with a first-to-market, fully integrated concept consisting of an athletic country club and luxury-for-lease residences.

Life Time Living debuted in Coral Gables, Florida, in August 2021 followed by Las Vegas, Nevada, in September 2022. In addition to Burlington, another Life Time Living location will open in Stamford, Conn. this summer.  The concept conveniently connects residents with their wellness lifestyles to make healthy living easy with well-designed space, luxurious amenities and the ultimate experience in high-end living and convenience.

Life Time Paradise Valley will feature an 11-story, impeccably designed residences and community areas and will include more than 300 luxury residential condominiums for lease that is just steps from the athletic country club, proving residents with complimentary access to a comprehensive array of health and wellness amenities including dedicated studios and spaces for group classes and training, indoor and outdoor pools, pickleball, squash and basketball courts, a full-service, fast-casual Life Cafe restaurant, LifeSpa salon and spa and much more.

Life Time Living will offer a mix of one- and two-bedroom and penthouse units ranging from 850 square feet to more than 2,100 square feet, including work-from-home lounges, private dining room, private yoga/fitness studio, meditation area, outdoor pool deck with a jacuzzi pool and cabanas, indoor/outdoor bar area, grilling stations, outdoor game areas, firepits, dog park. The property will also offer EV charging stations and covered parking.

In additions, residents will also have access to a concierge wellness program which will offer direct access to in-home resources that include nutrition coaching with meal preparation and delivery.

Located just steps away from the resort-style high-rise residence, the development will have a 92,000-square-foot Life Time athletic country club. The club will offer studios for group fitness, barre, cycling, pilates and yoga, a spacious fitness floor with cardio and strength-based equipment for small group and personal training, outdoor pickleball courts, Kids Academy, LifeCafe and LifeSpa. A rooftop beach club, which ties into the Life Time Living rooftop pool.

Designed from top to bottom with the modern resident in mind, each residence includes large windows for optimal natural lighting, spacious kitchens equipped with stainless steel appliances and custom soft-touch cabinetry, and living rooms designed for optimal comfort. Bedrooms offer walk-in closets and feature state-of-the-art sound proofing and black-out shades to ensure a comfortable environment for rest and recovery.

The multi-phase project will take several years to complete and will contain a 3+ acre central park and community gathering place positioned among a variety of dining, entertainment, and retail shops. The PV development will be encircled by lush landscaping, connected to wide open spaces, and will also include a sprawling walk and bike path. PV Life Time is anticipated to open 2026 and will eventually be home to more than 3,000 residences.
