North Central Phoenix is about to get the latest in personal fitness.
Hotworx whose slogan is “More Workout, Less Time,” gives members unlimited, 24-hour access to a variety of virtually instructed, infrared sauna workouts. The new fitness trends allows members to achieve their fitness goals with specialized 3D training mixed with a powerful combination of heat infrared energy, and exercise.
Members use the Hotworx Burn Off App to schedule 30-minute Isometric or 15-minute HIIT workouts, led by a virtual instructor, inside the Hotworx patented infrared sauna. The 3D Training makes it a workout unlike any other fitness program available.
Hotworx Phoenix Northern is coming to 1221 E. Northern Ave. in early December.
“As the infrared heat penetrates your body causing you to sweat, the isometric postures further accelerate detoxification by physically removing the toxins from your organs through muscle contraction,” she said.

The company claims that the benefits of this type of workout include, muscle recovery, pain relief, stress reduction, weight loss, increased calorie burn, detoxification, lower blood pressure, cellulite reduction, anti-aging and skin rejuvenation and improved circulation.
