Police Searching For Five-Month-Old Girl Taken By Biological Mother in Phoenix

Phoenix Police are looking for a 5-month-old baby girl who was reportedly taken from a foster home in Phoenix by the biological mother.

Police detailed that the baby, Eunice Salinas, was taken from a residence near 48th and Van Buren streets around 8:30 p.m. Saturday. Salinas is described as a 15 pound baby girl with black hair and brown eyes and was last wearing a blue and pink flowered onesie.

Police have not issued an Amber Alert but the safety of the child remained a concern.

The biological mother, Angelica Salinas, 24, weighs 153 pounds, is 4-foot-10, and has brown hair and hazel eyes.

Salinas does not have custodial rights to Eunice.
