Renovation Planned for Biltmore Commerce Center

The Biltmore Commerce Center has been sold and plans are underway for a $52 million renovation.

The business property located near the corner of Camelback Road and 32nd Street was purchased by Phoenix developer George Oliver and will be renovated for open-planned workspaces that will include resort-style health and wellness amenities.

The 260,878 square foot building sits across the street from the Biltmore Plaza shopping center and has three stories. The building will offer many common areas, conference facilities and gorgeous outdoor amenity spaces. The goal is for companies to offer an office settings to their team that promotes interaction and employee wellness.

“Our goal is to deliver a George Oliver office project in each of metro Phoenix’s top office submarkets, and Camelback Corridor is on the top of that list,” George Oliver Founder and Managing Partner Curt Kremer said in the release.

George Oliver’s developments have included the Lofts at The District in north Scottsdale, CASA in Phoenix’s Uptown Neighborhood, the Arbor in downtown Tempe, The Alexander and The Jonathan in downtown Chandler.
