Upscale Market and Restaurant Opens in Scottsdale

A new specialty wine and gourmet cheese destination is coming to Scottsdale this summer. The Gainey Ranch area of Scottsdale will soon be home to Gastromé Market.

Gastromé Market will feature specialty foods, a wide variety of unique cheeses, sustainably raised cured and smoked meats, a pleasing confectionery counter, boutique wines and other culinary delights. The market will also offer caviars, honeys, pastas, olive oils, truffle, fresh produce and so much more.

The newly renovated space will feature 3,500 square-feet dedicated to the market side and 1,500 square-feet for a cafe at 7704 E. Doubletree Ranch Road, in the former Anytime Fitness location. Gastromé Market will offer both indoor and outdoor seating.

The market and concept has been created by the culinary duo Tiffany Chavez and Jenny Le. This isn’t your typical wine and cheese shop. Customers can grab a quick bottle to take home, or sit down and enjoy a glass of wine or chilled Champagne.

The owners wanted to create an unique space where wine and fine food-loving consumers can spend time and learn. The cafe will feature a bar and is big enough to host classes on cheese and wine pairings, charcuterie board making.

The market also plans to offer catering services.
