The Arizona Multihousing Association Presents: AZ Housing for All

The Arizona housing supply crisis has impacted residents, businesses and communities all across our state. While some have been quick to blame property owners for surging rent, we in the industry know firsthand what a false narrative that is. The real culprit? A massive shortage of rental housing driven by Arizona’s population explosion over the past decade.

The cause-and-effect relationship between lack of housing and surging rent stands at the heart of AZ Housing for All, the new comprehensive advocacy campaign created by the Arizona Multihousing Association. This effort, developed with months of development industry input, has already been hard at work on multiple fronts.

The AZ Housing For All campaign blends public relations, social media, digital marketing, and stakeholder outreach efforts to make the case that we must build more rental housing to solve Arizona’s deepening rental supply crisis.

The new website is now live. It will serve as “home base” for the campaign and a repository for current news stories, op-eds and helpful links for property owners and the public to get accurate information on housing issues facing Arizona.
