A highly-anticipated new restaurant is coming to Scottsdale next month.

etta, short for Henrietta, known for their wood-fired dishes and led by two-time Michelin-starred Chef Danny Grant announced its opening at Scottsdale Quarter on Apr. 6.

The neighborhood restaurant will be located at 15301 N. Scottsdale Road in the former BRIO location. etta is the second concept restaurant in Scottsdale from hospitality group What If Syndicate. Their first restaurant, a steakhouse named Maple & Ash.
has had great success. etta is expected to have a similar energy and vibe as Maple & Ash, but will be a wood-fired restaurant with a neighborhood feel.

The 8,000 square foot, single-story restaurant space will boast a beautiful outdoor patio and an indoor trellis creating a garden-like atmosphere. Diners will experience a vibrant and comfortable atmosphere that’s great for dinner with family or special occasions.

If you are a patron of etta, you can expect flavorful wood-fired pizzas, freshly made focaccia, house-made pastas and fresh salads. Their hearth-driven dishes will include fire-roasted oysters, wood-fired chicken and the fire-roasted whole branzino. Their initial menu will feature many of Chef Grant’s signature dishes including Sunday sauce meatballs, bubbling shrimp and ricotta pillows.

etta Scottsdale will be open for dinner daily from 5 to 10 p.m. etta is family and pet with dogs welcomed on the patio. Click here for more information about etta.
