The pandemic has changed a lot in how we do things these days. One company whose headquarters is located in Phoenix recently announced a big change to how they traditionally have operated over the years.

Kids will now have to get use to a new way of playing games at Peter Piper Pizza. Say goodbye to tokens and prize tickets as they will soon be a thing of the past at Peter Piper Pizza locations.

The restaurant chain is rolling out new technology upgrades this year that include a new funpass game card, replacing traditional game tokens and paper prize tickets. The initial change will be implanted in its Phoenix and Albuquerque locations.

The funpass allows guests to purchase and reload cards directly from a kiosk to play games in Peter Piper’s arcade area. Cards can also accumulate points to redeem for additional playing time or prizes either that same day or on a next visits.

Other changes will include upgrades to the restaurants’ online ordering system and birthday party scheduling process.
