The Madison Center for the Arts Announces Performance Lineup For 2022 Broadway Season

The Madison Center for the Arts has released their lineup for the upcoming Broadway season.

The state of the art, fairly new venue located near 16th Street and Missouri Avenue in Phoenix are set to perform five shows, featuring two classics of the stage, “RENT — The 25th Anniversary Farewell Tour” and “Mummenschanz.”

The first performance of the season, “Tango Argentina” will guide the audience through the history and various types of Argentine tango. “Zuzu African Acrobats” will feature a mix of circus style acrobatics and high energy dance performance choreographed to high energy music.

The following is a list of the 2022 season shows and dates:

“Tango Argentina” — Jan. 13-14 at 7 p.m.

“Zuzu African Acrobats” — Feb. 19-20

“Memphis Jookin’ The Show– March 10 at 7 p.m.

“RENT — 25th Anniversary Farewell Tour” — March 31-April 3

“Mummenschanz — 50 years”– Nov. 17-19

All attendees, regardless of vaccination status, are required to wear a face mask at all times when inside the building unless eating or drinking.
