Phoenix Police Seek Public’s Help in Search For Possible Kidnapping Victim

The Phoenix Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a woman and to identify a person or the vehicle in a possible kidnapping Wednesday night.

Officers responded to an assault call near the intersection of 21st Avenue and Van Buren Street around 10:45 p.m. on Thursday evening.

A witness reported to police and provided a video of a woman possibly being kidnapped in Phoenix. The witness recorded video of a shirtless man forcing a woman into a red and black pickup truck. The woman appears to be struggling and can be seen resisting as she was shoved into the passenger side of the truck.

Surveillance video shows the truck with black replacement body panels and side door and custom rims.
