How To Vote in the Phoenix City Council Runoff Election
The Phoenix city council runoff election in Districts 3 and 7 is set for Tuesday, March 9. Here is information about the upcoming election and how you can vote.
The District 7 runoff race for outgoing Councilmember Michael Nowakowski’s council spot is between Cinthia Estela and Yassamin Ansari. District 7 covers the area of downtown Phoenix westward.
The runoff race in District 3 is between incumbent Councilmember Debra Stark and Nicole Garcia and covers North Phoenix.
In-person voters must have ID.
Voting dates
Early ballots began mailing on Feb. 10th.
Feb. 10 – March 5
In-person early voting available 8 a.m.– 5 p.m. weekdays.

March 6
Voting Centers open 10 a.m.– 4 p.m.
March 8
Voting Centers open 9 a.m.– 6 p.m.
March 9
Voting Centers open 6 a.m.– 7 p.m.
