A luxury, private residential community has broken ground next door to The Phoenician in Scottsdale.

The planned residential community will feature a variety of condominiums and golf villas and will sit at the foot of Camelback Mountain, overlooking the Phoenician Golf Club. Known as Ascent at The Phoenician, the project will become a true legacy property in one of Arizona’s most celebrated locations. Spearheaded by Replay Destinations and acquired from affiliates of Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. (‘Host’), owner of The Phoenician, a Luxury Collection Resort, is recognized as one of the world’s finest luxury resort destinations.

“We’ve assembled an outstanding design team that represents the best of Arizona for Ascent at The Phoenician,” Director of Development for Replay Destinations Jeremy Pfile said in the release.

The first phase of luxury residential homes is expected to be completed by the spring of 2022, and future phases will be built out over the next several years.

The homes are expected to feature contemporary architecture with expansive windows and large outdoor living areas.

Reservations are available for the first release of luxury homes, which will be 30 golf villa homes along the first fairway of The Phoenician Golf Club. The homes start at $1,785,000 and will feature private two-car garages and two or three-bedroom plans.

Residents will also have the opportunity to join the Phoenician amenity access program, which will give them access to report amenities like the pools and fitness facility and preferred pricing for golf, spa, food and beverage and other services.
