Arrive Phoenix Hotel to Open September 1st
The first phase of the Arrive Phoenix hotel is set to open on Sept. 1.
The hotel chain recently announced the opening via Facebook.
After nearly five years of preparation, the $25 million boutique hotel will be the first Arizona location for the Arrive Hotels & Restaurants brand.
The 79-room hotel is located on Third Avenue and Camelback Road in Phoenix.
Local food and beverage vendors will include Cartel Coffee Lab and a poolside bar that’s operated by the same people behind Bitter & Twisted Cocktail Parlour.
Other amenities include Pop Stand — a handcrafted popsicle stand — and the Lylo Swim Club.
The second phase of the property’s opening will be Nov. 15.
That opening will feature the addition of the second guest tower of the hotel along with Don Woods’ Say When rooftop bar.
“Phoenix’s world-class dining and drinking scenes and vibrant arts and design community is what drew us to Uptown in the first place,” Arrive co-founder and chief development officer Chris Pardo said in a statement.
“So we’re proud to have partnered with top local artisans to make Arrive Phoenix part of the local, cultural fabric, right down to the rooftop lounge named after a famed former tenant of these very buildings, Don Woods’ Say When.”
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, Arrive Phoenix is taking numerous precautions including sanitizing rooms and requiring masks to be worn in common areas of the property.
Bookings for the Arrive Phoenix hotel are now available and can be made online.
