APS Offers Help During COVID-19 Coronavirus

Our country faces something most of us have never seen in our lifetimes. The COVID-19 Coronavirus pandemic has us all seeking answers through this uncertainty.

While we look to public health experts for most of the answers, APS is working to remove one bit of uncertainty.

ASP recently announced if you are having difficulty paying your energy bill during this time, they will not shut off power for non-payment. In addition, they are waiving late fees as well.

With the uncertainty of the Arizona economy in coming weeks, APS knows there is a strong chance that pandemic will impact the personal and work life of Arizonans. They are asking that if customers need assistance with their bill, to reach out.

ASP is setting up a Customer Support Fund that will be available starting Wednesday, March 18th. In addition, they have a number of additional resources and programs listed on their website at aps.com/support. APS can be reached at (602) 371-7171 (Phoenix) or (800) 253-9405 (other areas), weekdays from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

APS will continue to monitor the situation, and will provide additional information to support our customers as things evolve.

APS is confident that they do not expect this situation to cause any disruption in providing their customers power and their top priorities remain in keeping their customers, communities and employees safe, and power on.
