Arizona’s First Bamboo Sushi Location To Open At Biltmore Fashion Park

Arizona’s first Bamboo Sushi location will be opening at Biltmore Fashion Park in Phoenix, the Portland-based Sustainable Restaurant Group announced in a press release.

The restaurant will serve Japanese food. It is slated to open in December.

“We’re excited to be a part of the Valley’s progressive culinary growth and we’re looking forward to introducing our concept to the Biltmore area,” founder and CEO Kristofor Lofgren said in a press release. “As we grow, we want to inspire change in the way people eat and to show that restaurants can use business as a force for good. Phoenix is an ideal market for us to showcase this level of sustainability at an approachable price point.”

The restaurant will occupy just below 5,000 square feet and include a large art installation and an indoor-outdoor private dining area.

Bamboo Sushi offers a mostly gluten-free menu that has vegan and vegetarian options as well.

The bar will serve cocktails, sake and wines that specialize in organic and biodynamic processes.

Bamboo Sushi will be located at 2502 E. Camelback Road.
