Scottsdale Lounge Makes Forbes’ List Of Best Hotel Bars In The World

The Thirsty Camel Lounge at the Phoenician Resort in Scottsdale was named one of 44 of the best hotel bars on the globe by Forbes Travel Guide.

The luxury cocktail lounge was praised for its $17 Cloud Nine cocktail, made with Belvedere vodka, St-Germain elderflower liqueur, lime juice, mint, cucumber, simple syrup and egg white. Forbes also highlighted Thirsty Camel’s empanadas, churros, live music and terrace with sunset views.

The magazine sent inspectors to over 1,000 hotels in the world to evaluate them based on hundreds of standards, which included aspects of the bars’ beverage menu, presentation, atmosphere and service.

Three bars in California were also recognized, including The Club Bar in Beverly Hills, Park Lounge in Carlsbad and 33° North in Dana Point.
