The Cardinals preseason is right around the corner and the Birdgang Travel Club is ready to lead the flock with road game trips, safe home game transportation and even cooking demos this fall. It is the club for die-hard fans!

“We started Birdgang Travel Club as a way to show our dedication to the Red Sea across the great state and beyond. It’s been so much fun putting events together, celebrating with friends and making new ones each season,” said Tyler Vasquez, Co-Founder, Birdgang Travel Club.

Kicking off the preseason, Birdgang Travel Club is partnering with BBQ Island in Tempe for a Tailgating 101 class on Saturday, August 24, 2019 from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. This fan themed class includes a grilling demo where guests will learn how to make classic tailgate dishes like brisket-stuffed jalapeno poppers and smoked chicken wings plus fun dishes to take your tailgate up a notch like bacon-wrapped donut holes and cedar plank smoked brie with prickly pear jelly. The cost to participate is $50 per person or $45 per person when you book two or more in a group. Space is very limited, ticket pre-purchase is highly recommended. Visit www.Birdgangtravel.com to purchase.

Next, fans can pack their bags and get ready to show some team spirit on two road game trips this fall. Currently, Birdgang Travel Club is taking reservations for a trip to New Orleans with over 300 fans from October 24-28, 2019. Then, the flock will soar to Tampa Bay and celebrate Veteran’s Day from November 7-11, 2019.

“We started out as a small group of friends that would travel to away games but found it to be very expensive in small groups and quickly realized that by traveling in larger groups we could save a ton of money and have a lot more fun! So, we started Birdgang Travel Club as a way to take some of the work and expense out of individual travel planning. Now, after four years of traveling as a group, we are booking 200-300 fans at a time and are able to pass along an amazing experience and savings to our members,” continued Vasquez.

In addition to the road game trips, Birdgang Travel Club offers an option to follow the flock during home games by riding the home game fan bus. For just $65 per person, your spot on the bus includes a breakfast buffet at Majerle’s Sports Grill in Chandler, transportation to and from the State Farm Stadium, access to the Birdgang tailgate experience where lunch is provided. Admission on the home game bus does not include a ticket to the game or alcohol. Fans are welcome to bring their own beer or spirits along for the ride and the tailgate, providing a safe option for fans to enjoy without driving. The home game fan bus runs only on Sundays when there is a home game during the regular season. Pre-purchase is required, visit www.Birdgangtravel.com to book your seat.
